Kitchen Remodeling in Sacramento
Full-service kitchen renovations from a licensed B-2 contractor — cabinets, countertops, tile, lighting, and flooring, done within the scope of CSLB #1107954.
A kitchen remodel is the single biggest improvement you can make to how a Sacramento home feels day-to-day — and how much it is worth when you sell.
We have remodeled kitchens across Sacramento, Folsom, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, and Citrus Heights — from 1950s ranch homes with original tile counters to newer builds that just need an update. Most of what we do is the practical, high-impact work: new cabinets and counters on the existing footprint, fresh tile, better lighting, and updated faucets and disposals.
Because we are a B-2 residential remodeling contractor (CSLB #1107954) rather than a general, we focus only on interior work where the scope is clear from day one. That keeps timelines tight and pricing predictable — no chasing change orders for things outside the original plan.
What We Do in a Kitchen
The full set of interior work that adds up to a finished, modern kitchen.
Cabinet Installation
New cabinet installs, refacing, soft-close upgrades, and hardware swaps. We work with stock, semi-custom, and customer-supplied cabinets. Tight reveals and level boxes every time.
Countertops
Quartz, granite, and butcher-block countertops with templating, fabrication coordination, and clean install. Tear-out of the old slab, sink cutouts, and undermount support included.
Backsplash & Tile
Subway, mosaic, large-format, and full-height backsplashes. Clean grout lines, proper substrate prep, and outlet cut-outs that actually line up. Sealing included on natural stone.
Flooring
LVP, engineered hardwood, and porcelain tile flooring. Subfloor prep, transitions, and shoe molding included. We protect adjacent rooms so dust stays contained.
Lighting & Electrical Fixtures
Recessed cans, under-cabinet LED strips, pendants over islands, and dimmer upgrades. Fixture replacements under our B-2 scope — we coordinate an electrician if a new circuit is required.
Faucets & Plumbing Fixtures
Sink replacements, disposal installs, pull-down faucets, pot fillers, and reverse-osmosis tap setups. Shut-off valves and supply lines are replaced as part of every install.
Paint & Finish Carpentry
Base, crown, window casing, and shoe molding. Cabinet repainting with proper degreasing and bonding primer. Smooth, brush-mark-free finishes that hold up to daily use.
Honest scope note: Our B-2 license covers interior residential remodeling — no removal of load-bearing walls and no running new gas, water, or sewer main lines. If your dream layout needs one of those, we will tell you up front and recommend the right specialty contractor for that portion.
